Insurance & Risk Management

To meet our obligations under law, Blade Services Ltd holds Employer’s Liability Insurance to cover any injury, illness, or fatality arising from company operations due to negligence or statutory breach.

Health & Safety Objectives

Defined objectives are set and monitored monthly by the Senior Management Review (SMR) team. Annual reviews ensure our goals remain aligned with the current H&S management system and business activities.

Review and Compliance

Our Health & Safety Policy and procedures are subject to regular review and continual development. A full review is conducted annually during the Management Review cycle. Interim updates are made in line with legislative or operational changes.

Non-compliance is taken seriously and may result in formal disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy.
